Tina Galdieri

Tina Galdieri’s involvement with cheerleading and dance transcends business. It is a passion that has been with her throughout her entire life. She began her long journey taking her first dance lessons at the age of 4. Ever reaching for new heights, Tina's journey took her to the University of Maryland where she further honed her skills cheering for the Terrapin Co-Ed Squad as well as securing a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. Among her many accolades during this period, she was nominated as a 2 time High School and Collegiate All American, as well as coached the winning team for NCA 1999 National Championship for the University of Maryland All Girl squad. She also performed and cheered in the Opening Ceremonies of the 1996 Olympics and traveled to Barcelona, Spain to cheer on the World Football League Barcelona Dragons. Tina continues her involvement in the cheerleading and dance industry as the Director and Coach of the World Champion Baltimore Ravens Cheerleading Team of the NFL.
Lura Fleece
Partner, President of Summer Camps
Since 1985, Lura has dedicated herself to the sport of cheerleading. A former All-American cheerleader at Wilde Lake HS in Columbia, she attended the University of Maryland and was a 3 year member and captain of her team. After graduating with a communications degree she worked with the National Cheerleaders Association and managed statewide after-school cheerleading programs, organized and coordinated cheer clinics and competitions, and choreographed routines for nationwide curriculum. Lura was also a NFL Baltimore Ravens' Cheerleader and served as captain. She also, for 12 seasons headed up the Terps' spirit squad, which provided cheerleading support at football and basketball games, leading the team to a national all-girl collegiate championship in 1999. For 4 seasons she was the coach for the University of Maryland Competitive Cheer team. This varsity team is the first in the Nation to be considered a collegiate sport. Lura oversees the Summer Camps and Marketing divisions for Spirit Unlimited.
Tracy Ricker
Partner, President of Competitions
Tracy holds a double degree in International Business Management and Spanish from the University of Maryland. She worked at U.S. Customs and the International Monetary Fund before becoming an owner of Spirit Unlimited.
She studied dance at Linda's Academy of Dance in Springfield, Virginia and at Fran's Studio of Dance in Waldorf, Maryland for a combination of thirteen years and most recently finished her six year coaching career as an Assistant and Head Coach of the University of Maryland Spirit Squad. After cheerleading in College for the University of Maryland, Tracy danced with the Washington Bullets for two years and the Washington Redskins before moving into her current position as Dance Coach for the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders and Director of the Lil' Ravens Cheerleading program. Tracy's recognitions include cheering for a nationally ranked team in college, being nominated as an All-American Cheerleader, traveling to the Pro Bowl after a single year with the Redskinettes, and supervising an NFL All-Star cheerleading performance in Japan.

Along with her comprehensive business management background, Christy brings an extensive dance, cheerleading and gymnastics background to Spirit Unlimited. Since 1979, she has worked or performed with many recreational, high schools, all-star and professional programs.
She was the Assistant Director for the Lil' Ravens Cheerleading program for 5 years and retired in 2005 as a 6 year member of the NFL Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders. Christy continues to coach cheerleading and dance on the all-star level. Her accolades include receiving Rookie of the Year 1999, Unsung Hero 2000 and she is AACCA safety certified.

Wynter has been involved with cheerleading since 1996. Beginning cheering in high-school, she has taken her love of the sport through college, leading her team as captain for two years. She continued cheering professionally for 2 years with the NFL Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders. Having enjoyed working Spirit Unlimited Camps and Competitions, Wynter takes pleasure in making the transition to the office staff. Wynter continues to coach cheerleading on the all-star level.
Napoleon Martinez

Napoleon has been involved in all levels of cheerleading since 1993 when he became a member of the University of Maryland Cheerleading Team. During that time, Napoleon served as a Captain and also as an NCA Summer Camp Instructor working with cheerleaders of all ages throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. In 1996, Napoleon had the great honor of being one of several hundred collegiate cheerleaders that were invited to perform during the Opening Ceremonies of the Atlanta Summer Olympics. After graduating with a B.A. in Art, Napoleon continued on as an assistant coach and helped guide the University of Maryland All-Girls Team to a 1999 NCA National Championship. Napoleon finished out his cheerleading career with a 5-year stint with the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders. During his time with the Ravens, Napoleon served as a captain, coach and was fortunate enough to be a part of the Super Bowl XXXV season and to experience an Armed Forces Entertainment Tour visiting our troops in the Middle East.
Guiding the Spirit Unlimited Marketing Department, Napoleon is also a professional photographer, avid golfer, and lives with his cat Cooper.
